目的 :通过红外热像观察针刺对多发性大动脉炎患者肢体温度的影响

探索其作用机理。方法 :采用针刺、西药、中药治疗

其中针刺组取人迎、极泉、太渊心俞、膈俞、脾俞、肾俞、风池、完骨、天柱针刺治疗 ;西药组用地巴唑静脉注射 ;中药组用复方丹参注射液静脉注射。同时观察治疗前后患者肢体温度的变化。结果 :经治疗后针刺组患者肢体温度较治疗前有明显的改善 (P <0 0 5 )

且临床效果优于其他两组。
