摘要

目的 :研究针刺不同的颈部穴位组对颈椎病椎基底动脉血流速度紊乱的干预作用。方法 :针刺不同的颈部穴位组

经穴组取大椎、风池、天柱

夹脊组取相应的夹脊穴

并通过经颅多普勒对针刺前后的血流速度进行观察。结果 :针刺对颈椎病椎基底动脉血流速度异常状态有明显的即刻效应及近期疗效

针刺不同的颈部穴位导致的即刻效应有差异。结论 :针刺颈部不同的穴位组均能以双向调节的方式有效地改善椎动脉的供血强度

纠正椎动脉血流动力学的紊乱
