摘要

目的 :通过针刺肝胆经的原穴探讨肝胆经与眼多焦视网膜电图 (mfERG)之关系。方法 :对30只眼散瞳后取太冲、丘墟、非经穴点作针刺前后的mfERG分析。结果 :针太冲穴对mfERG第 1环b波的振幅、反应密度升高 (P <0 0 5 )

第 5环及鼻下象限a波的振幅、反应密度下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;针刺丘墟对mfERG的总反应波、第 6环、颞上象限、鼻下象限的a波振幅和反应密度升高 (P <0 0 5 )

b波颞上象限的振幅和反应密度均升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;针刺非经穴点却无特异性的反应。结论 :肝胆两经与眼有密切的相关性
