摘要

目的 :探寻治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的有效治法。方法 :90例高血压病肝阳上亢证的病人随机分为 3组

耳尖放血组、络活喜组、耳尖放血合络活喜组

对 3组病人治疗前后的主要症状和血压变化进行评估。结果 :3组均能不同程度地改善高血压病肝阳上亢证病人的主要症状

以耳尖放血组和耳尖放血合络活喜组的治疗效果较好 ;3组均能降低血压

但以两种疗法合用组效果最佳。结论 :耳尖放血能明显改善高血压病肝阳上亢证患者的症状

耳尖放血合络活喜的降压效果明显优于单纯的耳尖放血或单用络活喜。
