摘要

目的 :观察针刺、中药对骨痂生长及其继发性骨质疏松的影响。方法 :将 90例桡骨远端骨折随机分为针刺组、中药组及自然愈合组

用统一型号夹板固定 40天

并采用X线微机图像系统对其 2 0天、3 0天、40天所摄X线片进行骨痂生长及继发性骨质疏松骨矿物质密度比定量测量。结果 :骨折后第 40天

骨痂生长

针刺组与自愈组相比

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;继发性骨质疏松

针刺组、中药组与自愈组相比

疏松更为显著 (均P <0 0 5 )。结论 :继发性骨质疏松的发生并非完全取决于固定范围大小及固定时间的长短

针刺组、中药组疏松程度较自愈组加重的原因极有可能是上述治疗方法在某环节上促进了人体将骨折远端的骨矿钙盐转移至骨折断端沉积的缘故
