摘要

目的 :探讨治疗皮质下动脉硬化性白质脑病 (SAE)的有效方法。方法 :将 6 0例SAE病例随机平均分为两组

治疗组采用针刺加西药都可喜治疗

对照组单纯服用都可喜。治疗 6 0天后

采用神经功能评分、HDS、TCD进行评价。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 83 3%

对照组为 5 3 3% ;治疗后HDS测定表明两组间差异有显著性意义 ;治疗组Vm增加

Vs和PI降低

两组比较差异有显著性意义。结论 :针药结合治疗SAE

优于单纯药物治疗。针刺有助于病人智能及神经功能的改善

其作用的发挥可能与改善脑血流灌注状态有关。
