摘要

目的 :观察火针治疗卵巢囊肿的针刺深度与疗效的关系。方法 :两组卵巢囊肿患者各 32例

均施以火针治疗

取穴均为患侧的水道、归来

其中A组 (深刺组 )的进针深度以刺入囊肿中心为度

约为 2 5～ 3 0cm

B组 (浅刺组 )进针深度以不刺透囊肿上壁为度

约为 1 0～ 1 5cm。结果 :两组患者经B超检查

治疗后囊肿均较治疗前有明显变化 (P <0 0 1)

且两组之间相比较

P <0 0 1。结论 :火针治疗卵巢囊肿疗效确切

且深刺组疗效优于浅刺组。
