摘要

目的 :对比针灸配合手法与口服西药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 :将 96例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组。治疗组 50例

以针刺颈夹脊、百会、风池等穴结合推拿治疗 ;对照组 46例口服西比灵治疗。结果 :治疗组治愈率为 42 0 %

总有效率为 98 0 % ;对照组治愈率为2 8 3 %

总有效率为 67 4%。两组治愈率、总有效率比较

差异有非常显著性或显著性意义 (P <0 0 1

P <0 0 5)。结论 :针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效可靠。
