摘要

目的 :对比观察针刺方法与药物治疗经前期综合征的临床疗效

寻找治疗该病的最佳方法。方法 :将 6 1例病人按就诊先后顺序分为针刺组 30例

药物对照组 31例。针刺组主穴取百会、关元、膻中、内关、太冲、三阴交

配穴取背俞穴 ;药物组口服安宫黄体酮。治疗 3个月后比较 2组的疗效。结果 :针刺组与药物组的疗效比较

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺疗法治疗本病的临床疗效优于药物。
