摘要

目的 :观察针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病并发痛经的疗效。方法 :将 45例单纯性肥胖病并发痛经患者依据辨证分型采用耳体针结合施治。观察针灸治疗前后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、痛经症状评分。结果 :针灸治疗 1疗程 (1月 )患者总有效率为 71 1 1 %

2疗程总有效率为 86 67%

3疗程总有效率为 93 3 3 %。结论 :针灸对单纯性肥胖病并发痛经同时具有减肥和镇痛的双重作用
