摘要

目的 :观察透刺加神灯照射治疗周围型面神经麻痹的疗效。方法 :应用透刺法加神灯照射治疗周围型面神经麻痹患者 1 0 6例

与同期采用以激素为主的西药疗法患者 98例进行比较

观察疗程与疗效。结果 :观察组愈显率为 96 2 %

对照组愈显率为 72 4%

两组的疗效比较

差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 5 )

疗程疗效比较

差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :透刺法加神灯照射治疗明显优于以激素为主的西药疗法

且病程越短

疗效越佳
