摘要

目的 :探讨针刺治疗窦性心动过速的理想方案。方法 :将 90例窦性心动过速患者随机分为灵龟八法组 (1组 )、常规辨证取穴组 (2组 )及空白对照组 (3组 )

按规定的方法给予针刺治疗或休息后观察心率的改变。结果 :1组治疗窦性心动过速在即时效应上取得明显效果

其心率下降均值明显大于 2组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :灵龟八法按时取穴针刺可以在最佳疗效时间内通过针刺所开穴位使奇经八脉的作用得以充分发挥

调整了整个经络系统

从而达到更好的治疗效果。
