摘要

目的 :探讨“神阙”延缓衰老的作用机理。方法 :取 18～ 2 0月龄老年前期SD大鼠随机分组治疗

采用荧光比色法测定单胺类神经递质。结果 :电热隔药贴灸“神阙”穴能显著提高老年前期大鼠大脑皮质单胺类神经递质的含量

与老年前期空白组比较差异具有显著性意义

与传统隔药灸组比较差异无显著性意义。结论 :电热隔药灸“神阙”穴能够对老年前期大鼠大脑皮质单胺类神经递质含量的增龄性改变产生良性影响

并与传统隔药灸法的作用相似。
