摘要

目的 :探索针灸治疗缺血性脑病的研究思路。方法 :回顾近年国外大量有关神经干细胞(NSC)的研究成果

系统复习了大量国内外关于针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究结果

从临床疗效与作用机理两个方面进行了总结

并对这两者的相关性进行了分析。结论 :针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中可能促进了内源性NSC参与缺血性脑损伤后神经结构与功能的修复与重塑。开展针灸与NSC的主要研究策略为 :针灸对脑缺血后内源性NSC激活作用的研究 ;针灸对内源性NSC影响的分子机制研究。并认为开展此类工作尤其是重点研究针灸对脑缺血后NSC的分化、增殖和迁徙的影响规律等

是进行针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床与基础的关键切入点。
