摘要

目的 :探讨针刺手厥阴经穴治疗心血管疾病的机理。方法 :电针大鼠心包经穴位 2 0min后

结扎左冠状动脉前降支 40min

心电图 (ECG)监测

再电针穴位 2 0min

松扎

恢复灌流 60min

摘取心脏

制成细胞悬液

流式细胞仪检测。结果 :模型组出现典型的细胞凋亡峰

凋亡率明显升高

针刺心包经穴组的凋亡率有明显降低

与模型组比较差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :针刺手厥阴经穴能有效地抑制心肌细胞的凋亡

从而减轻细胞凋亡导致的心肌损伤
