摘要

目的 :分析目前国内针灸临床研究中存在的普遍问题

找出与国际水平的差距

以提高我国的针灸临床研究质量。方法 :介绍美国马里兰大学医学院的一项关于针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

并与近几年国内发表的几篇同类研究报告进行对比

依据循证医学的原则进行分析探讨。结论 :目前国内针灸临床研究与国际水平的差距主要反映在方法学上

论文报告不全面、不严谨也是一个主要问题。
