摘要

目的 :研究艾灸“肺俞”“膏肓”对博莱霉素所致大鼠肺纤维化的阻抑作用

为针灸介入肺纤维化防治提供实验依据。方法 :实验用SD大鼠分为 4组 :对照组、模型组、艾灸组、泼尼松组。对照组气管内注入生理盐水

其余 3组气管内注入博莱霉素制作大鼠肺纤维化模型。测定分析各组治疗后第 7、14、2 8d肺组织病理学变化以及比较各组第 2 8d肺系数。结果 :艾灸组及泼尼松组肺系数明显减少 (P <0 .0 1)

肺组织病理学显示肺泡炎及肺纤维化程度均明显减轻。结论 :艾灸“肺俞”“膏肓”对肺间质纤维化具有一定的防治作用。
