摘要

目的 :观察耳穴贴压对内分泌的调节作用

探讨其治疗痤疮的作用机理。方法 :采用耳穴贴压法治疗寻常性痤疮 37例

并用放射免疫分析法检测治疗前后患者血清性激素的变化。结果 :经 2疗程治疗

患者血清睾酮治疗前后无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;血清雌二醇及睾酮 /雌二醇值治疗前后差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :耳穴贴压具有调节性激素作用

使雌二醇增高

雄激素相对地降低

降低了睾酮 /雌二醇值

从而达到治疗痤疮的目的。
