摘要

目的 :观察针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎 (rheumatoidarthritis

RA)与西药联合治疗的疗效差异。方法 :治疗组针刺 (风池、三阴交、腕骨、合谷、内关透外关、犊鼻、足三里、阳陵泉透阴陵泉 )治疗RA 1 2 0例

并与对照组 (甲氨喋呤加双氯灭痛 ) 1 2 0例进行比较。结果 :治疗组有效率为 72 5 %

而对照组有效率为 60 0 %

统计学差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。治疗组与对照组相比无 1例出现副作用。结论 :针灸治疗RA疗效优于对照组

且无副作用

确为治疗RA安全有效的疗法
