摘要

目的 :寻找治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的最佳方法。方法 :将 72例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 3 6例

治疗组采用辨证取穴针刺治疗

对照组口服吗丁啉和维生素B6进行治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 97 2 %

与对照组疗效比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )

且治疗组不良反应少

症状复发率低

与对照组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :辨证取穴针刺法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫是一种较佳的疗法
