摘要

目的 :探寻治疗原发性面肌痉挛的有效方法。方法 :将 4 7例病人随机分成经络—穴区带疗法 (CPRT)组 16例、常规针刺对照A组 15例和卡马西平片对照B组 16例

通过观测其肌肉痉挛波的振幅、频率等参数的变化

评价 3种疗法的疗效。结果 :治疗组与 2对照组总有效率及治疗前后振幅和频率改变比较

差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)

治疗组优于 2对照组。结论 :CPRT优于常规针刺疗法和卡马西平片疗法。
