摘要

目的 :探讨有效提高慢性荨麻疹疗效的方法及其免疫机理。方法 :92例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组 50例和对照组 42例

观察组采用针刺合谷、血海、足三里、三阴交穴联合抗组胺药仙特敏治疗

对照组单纯使用仙特敏

观察疗效及治疗前后血清补体C3 的变化。结果 :观察组有效率92 0 %

对照组有效率 73 6 %

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5) ;慢性荨麻疹患者血清补体C3 治疗前平均水平较健康成人低 ;观察组补体C3 水平治疗前后差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :针刺联合抗组胺药仙特敏疗效优于单纯仙特敏

且能相应提高患者的补体C3 水平
