摘要

目的 :比较针刺与黛力新 (deanxit)治疗抑郁性神经症的疗效

并探讨针刺治疗该症的机理。方法 :针刺组以头、体穴并用

针刺每日 1次

治疗 2个疗程共 2 0次 ;西药组服用黛力新治疗亦2 0日。治疗前及疗程结束后以汉密顿抑郁量表HAMD评分

及检验疗程前后催乳素 (PRL)、皮质醇(COR)值

并加以比较。结果 :每组治疗前后HAMD评分比较

差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )

两组治疗后评分比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :针刺治疗抑郁性神经症疗效与西药黛力新相当

针刺治疗该症的原理可能与升高体内PRL值及降低COR值有关
