摘要

目的:观察大椎穴点刺加拔罐对静脉点滴甘露醇患者脑脊液压力的影响。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用静脉点滴甘露醇加大椎穴点刺拔罐治疗

对照组静脉点滴甘露醇治疗。结果:治疗组显效率(45.0％)明显高于对照组(17.5％)

总有效率治疗组(82.8％)也明显高于对照组(60.0％)

两组之间比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:大椎穴点刺加拔罐配合治疗对颅内高压综合征有良好的效果。
