摘要

目的 :观察络脉叩刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法 :将患者随机分为基础治疗组 (Ⅰ组 )、基础治疗加体针组 (Ⅱ组 )、基础治疗加络脉叩刺组 (Ⅲ组 ) 3组。结果 :Ⅲ组有效率为 87 80 %

Ⅱ组有效率 76 47%

Ⅰ组有效率 1 7 86% ;Ⅲ组治疗后全血粘度、血浆粘度有明显改善

但对红细胞压积没有影响。结论 :络脉叩刺加VitB1、VitB12 对糖尿病周围神经病变有比较好的疗效。
