摘要

目的:观察中药穴位敷贴临床疗效并与西药抗心律失常药物进行对比。方法:将成人及儿童病毒性心肌炎患者分为房性早搏和有室性早搏组

中药敷贴膻中、厥阴俞或巨阙、心俞和西药抗心律失常药物的治疗

观察治疗前后主诉变化及24小时Hotter变化

并进行疗效对比。结果:中药穴位敷贴与西药组从24小时Hotter结果看

成人组和儿童组中

房早组和有室早组都有明显疗效(P<0.01);中药穴位敷贴与西药组比较

成人组和儿童组、房早组和有室早组差异都无显著性意义(P>0.05)。主诉变化成人房早组与成人室早组明显好于西药组(P<0.01)。结论:两种治疗方法治疗病毒性心肌炎同样具有良好疗效。
