目的:探讨耳尖穴点刺放血降低眼压的机理及对房水流畅系数影响。方法:将70例患者分别于点刺前及点刺耳尖放血后1h、2h各测量针刺同侧眼房水流畅系数(C值)1次。将针刺后1h、2h的房水流畅系数平均值与针刺前房水流畅系数平均值比较对照。结果:经统计学处理

两组数据间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:耳尖穴放血对青光眼患者水流畅系数有改善

从而降低眼压。
