摘要

目的:观察针刺对急性脑缺血患者血小板线粒体呼吸功能的影响。方法:采用血小板氧电极测定氧耗量的方法

对30例急性脑梗塞患者进行针前、针后1周、1月的血小板呼吸功能的测定及临床疗效评估。结果:30例中有14例与正常对照数据相符

16例低于正常对照(P<0.05);两组组间对比P<0.05。结论:针刺治疗急性脑血管病对血小板线粒体呼吸功能有一定的改善作用。
