摘要

目的 :寻找治疗抗生素相关性腹泻的最佳方法。方法 :将 80例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组取生姜切片、附子理中丸成饼

覆盖于神阙穴

施以艾灸治疗 ;对照组应用甲硝唑、思密达常规治疗。结果 :治疗组 3日有效率 80 0 %

5日内退热率 88 9% ;对照组分别为 47 5 %

5 7 2 %。统计学卡方检验

表明两组疗效差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )

治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。结论 :隔药灸法治疗抗生素相关性腹泻是一种良好的方法
