摘要

目的 :观察针刺留针时运针与否的针刺效应。方法 :将 6 7例胃动过缓患者随机分成运针组37例和不运针组 30例

并进行针刺前和针刺后 30min的胃电图测试

运针组加测 5min、15min的胃电图。结果 :不运针组的胃电图主频 (FP)虽有上升 (P <0 0 5 )

但明显不及运针组 (P <0 0 1)。运针组在 5min、15min、30min的胃电图主频与针前相比差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺效果随着对穴位的不断刺激而增强

到 15min可达峰值

至 30min均能维持疗效 ;如不运针则疗效降低。
