摘要

目的 :探讨艾灸对高血压病患者血压及血清一氧化氮 (NO)、血清内皮素 (ET)、血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和血清丙二醛 (MDA)的影响。方法 :以艾灸百会穴治疗 4 8例高血压病患者

观察治疗前后血压、血清NO、ET、SOD和MDA的变化

并与 30例健康对照组进行对比观察。结果 :高血压病患者血清NO及SOD水平明显低于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1)

血清ET及MDA水平明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;艾灸治疗后可使患者血压明显下降 (P <0 0 1)

血清NO及SOD水平明显上升 (P <0 0 1) ;血清ET及MDA水平明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :艾灸治疗高血压病在使患者血压下降的同时

可调节血管内皮细胞的内分泌功能和调节氧自由基 (OFR)产生与清除的酶系统。
