摘要

目的 :探讨头针及推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症 (LDH)的临床疗效及自身免疫机制。方法 :将5 0例LDH病人随机分为头针推拿组、推拿组各 2 5例

同时设立正常组 2 0例。测定治疗前后和正常组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群

血清IgM、IgG。结果 :头针及推拿治疗LDH临床疗效优于推拿组 (P <0 0 5 )。 5 0例LDH病人均存在不同程度的T淋巴细胞亚群比值下调

血清IgG、IgM浓度增高

经头针及推拿治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群比值上调 (P <0 0 5 )

血清IgG、IgM恢复正常 (P <0 0 1)

与推拿组治疗后相比差异均具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :头针及推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著

提示本法疗效机制之一可能是通过对自体免疫反应和化学炎症的调节而发挥作用
