摘要

目的 :观察放血疗法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效及其对体液免疫、细胞免疫的影响。方法 :点刺太阳、心俞、肺俞、大椎、足三里

加拔火罐 1 0min

同时测定治疗前后IgG、IgA、IgM、C3 、C4的含量和CD3 + 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 的含量。结果 :显效 1 5例

占 46 9% ;有效 1 2例

占 37 5 % ;总有效率为84 4%。放血治疗后C3 、C4含量较治疗前下降(P <0 0 5)。同时CD4+ 水平下降

CD8+ 水平升高

CD4+ /CD8+ 比值下降

与治疗前比差异有显著和非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 1 )。结论 :点刺放血治疗慢性疲劳综合征可以改善临床症状

消除体征 ;并提示放血治疗对异常的补体有纠正作用

对细胞免疫系统有调节作用
