摘要

目的 :对比针刺加超短波与口服西药治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效

以探寻好的治疗方法。方法 :根据随机等量原则将 1 0 2例受试者分为针刺加超短波治疗组和药物治疗对照组

治疗组穴取下关、颊车、内关、三阴交 ;对照组口服安定、肠溶扶他林、阿司匹林。并采用盲法进行临床疗效评价。结果 :治疗组临床治愈率为 74 5 %

对照组为 43 1 %

经统计学分析

两组临床治愈率的差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺加超短波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病
