摘要

目的 :探讨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。方法 :将 60例患者随机分成 2组

观察组采用针灸配合膝胸位自主牵引法 ;对照组采用单纯针灸治疗方法。用疼痛指标对两组治疗前后腰腿疼痛变化作定量分析

用B超对两组治疗前后突出物大小改变情况作动态观察。结果 :(1 )两组疼痛指标差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)

治疗组远期止痛效果好。 (2 )B超动态观察治疗后治疗组与对照组突出物大小比较

差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)

治疗组突出物消失或明显缩小
