摘要

目的 :探寻提高假性球麻痹吞咽困难疗效的疗法。方法 :将 179例患者随机分为观察组 86例和对照组 93例。观察组在西医治疗的同时

应用头针、舌针、体针进行综合治疗 ;对照组单纯西药治疗。结果 :观察组有效率 10 0 .0 %

对照组有效率 6 7 7%

两组疗效差异具有非常显著性意义 (P<0 0 1)。结论 :针刺疗法能有效提高西医治疗假性球麻痹吞咽困难的疗效。
