摘要

目的 :研究针刺并消痔灵注射对便秘的临床疗效。方法 :对 1 60例便秘患者取长强、百会、大肠俞、会阴穴针刺

然后于会阴穴注射消痔灵

并与单纯会阴穴注射消痔灵 80例 (对照组 )作对比

观察两组直肠前突深度变化、排便时间变化及临床疗效。结果 :治疗组有效率 93 75%

对照组有效率 72 50 % ;2组有效率相比较

差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :针刺并消痔灵注射治疗便秘能明显减少每次排便时间

缩短前突深度

有很好的临床疗效
