摘要

目的 :寻找治疗压力性尿失禁的最佳方法。方法 :将 5 0例压力性尿失禁患者随机分为治疗组 30例、对照组 2 0例。用温针灸加TDP照射和电针加TDP照射分别治疗并比较疗效。结果 :经 3个疗程治疗

治疗组有效率 93 3%

对照组为 70 0 %

治疗组与对照组疗效相比

差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :温针灸加TDP照射是临床治疗压力性尿失禁较为有效的方法之一

值得临床推广应用
