摘要

目的 :观察针刺治疗格林巴利综合征的临床疗效

探讨针刺对该病的免疫调节机制。方法 :72例患者随机分为针刺治疗组 (37例 )和激素对照组 (35例 )。治疗组取穴以循经远取与局部近取相结合

辅以随证配穴 ;对照组口服强的松。同时以患者脑脊液和外周血液中免疫球蛋白的含量为指标

观察其治疗前后的动态变化。结果 :针刺组痊愈 1 6例 (43 2 4 % )

显效 1 1例 (2 9 73 % )

好转 8例 (2 1 62 % )

无效 2例 (5 41 % )

总有效 35例 (94 59% )。激素组痊愈 7例 (2 0 0 0 % )

显效 9例(2 5 72 % )

好转 1 6例 (45 71 % )

无效 3例 (8 57% )

总有效 32例 (91 43 % )。两组总有效率差异无显著性意义

而痊愈率针刺组高于激素组。脑脊液及血中的免疫球蛋白含量

两组治疗后均有下降

尤以激素组降幅明显。结论 :针刺治疗格林巴利综合征疗效确切

具有抗异常免疫损伤和保护机体正常免疫功能的双重效应

从整体上实现免疫调控
