摘要

目的 :探讨穴位注射加针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效和治疗机理。方法 :将 6 0例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为穴位注射加针刺组和单纯针刺组

观察治疗前后临床症状、椎动脉血流情况及血管变化。结果 :①两组均能有效地改善椎动脉血流量、血流速度以及椎动脉形态 ;②穴位注射加针刺组疗效明显优于单纯针刺组

经统计学分析差异有显著性意义。结论 :穴位注射加针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病

具有确切的改善椎动脉供血及形态的作用

其椎动脉供血及形态的改善与临床症状、体征的改善相一致

疗效明显优于单纯针刺组。
