摘要

目的 :探讨针刺治疗视神经萎缩的机理。方法 :对 32例 (48只眼 )视神经萎缩患者进行针刺。针刺穴位 :球后、风池、百会。比较针刺前、中、后视觉诱发电位的变化。结果 :P VEP中N1 3 5波振幅升高 (P <0 0 1 )

F VEP中N3 波、P3 波潜伏期缩短 (PN3 <0 0 5

PP3 <0 0 1 )。结论 :针刺可增强视觉中枢生物电
