摘要

目的 :评价针灸在治疗药物依赖戒断症状中的有效性。方法 :应用国际Cochrane协作网的系统评价方法对全世界在治疗药物依赖戒断症状应用针灸的随机和半随机对照试验进行了系统评价。结果 :共收集到 7个已完成的随机对照试验

1篇为高质量试验

其余均为低质量试验。结论 :针灸用于戒毒的疗效可能有效

但由于试验的方法学质量普遍较低

一些试验的失访率过高以及针灸方法和对照选择的变异性较大

目前尚无足够的证据证明针灸用于药物依赖的治疗有效
