摘要

目的 :观察火针治疗痹症的临床疗效。方法 :采用火针疗法治疗痹症 175例

同时设立毫针对照组 2 19例。结果 :火针组总治愈率及总有效率分别达到 86 3%和 97 7%

毫针组分别为 78 1%和94 1%。 2组治疗 3次有效率、平均治愈时间对比

火针组明显优于毫针组

差异有极显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。病程超过 3年时

火针组疗效优于毫针组 (P <0 0 5 )

3年以内则差异无显著性意义。结论 :火针治疗痹症有显著而肯定的疗效。
