摘要

目的 :探讨耳穴贴压疗法对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)的临床作用及机理。方法 :30例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者

耳穴贴压治疗前及治疗后 10天进行夜间 7小时多导睡眠图监测。结果 :OSAS病人耳穴贴压治疗后比治疗前临床症状明显改善

PSG各项指标明显改善。结论 :耳穴贴压疗法治疗OSAS取得良好疗效

是一种方便、经济、无副作用的治疗OSAS的有效方法。
