摘要

我们结束了持续 12年的“专病治验”栏目

开始了“专病笔谈”。本栏目旨在对针灸最佳适应病种进行深入细致地讨论

首先提出的是“中风病”。针灸治疗中风

疗效确切

应用广泛。但针灸治疗何时介入合适 ?出血性中风与缺血性中风治疗有何区别 ?中风的各种并发症、后遗症如何治疗取效迅速等问题仍说法不一。这些问题常常困扰着临床工作者

令大家无所适从

以致于为了安全

只在中风的后遗症期才考虑用针灸治疗。但是

这样会耽误患者治疗的最佳时机

可能会造成无法逆转的肢体功能障碍

甚至因延误治疗而失去生命。为此

就中风的治疗时机、最佳方法、疗效评价、注意事项等问题进行讨论

欢迎高年资的临床医生发表真知灼见。本栏目不收发表费。
