目的 :阐明经穴由间隙物质构成。方法 :根据中医经络理论学说的有关论述

结合现代经络研究的有关成果

进行对照验证研究。结果 :在人体皮肤与肌肉和骨骼等器官之间的间隙结构中

有疏松结缔组织、组织液气、神经、血管和淋巴等多种物质的复合功能。结论 :经络穴位是由间隙物质构成的

组织液气是在间隙中运行着的

液气运行循经感传是有规律的

经络实质运行规律是可认识的
