摘要

目的 :探讨电针的消炎镇痛作用及其机制。方法 :在大鼠一侧足背皮下制备炎性痛病灶

应用痛行为学及组织化学方法

观察电针对炎性痛大鼠的消炎镇痛作用及穴位药物、机械阻滞对电针效应的影响。结果 :1 .电针能显著抑制福尔马林导致的痛行为反应

并能减轻足背的炎性水肿 ;2 .电针穴位皮下肥大细胞数显著高于炎症组

而其病灶肥大细胞数显著低于炎症组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;3 .穴位药物、机械阻滞对电针效应具有一定的阻滞作用。结论 :肥大细胞可能参与了福尔马林所致的炎性痛反应过程

循经电针具有良好的消炎镇痛作用
