摘要

目的 :寻找促进环状混合痔术后康复的最佳方法。方法 :将 95例环状混合痔患者随机分成针刺治疗组、西药治疗组和空白对照组

观察术后肛门疼痛、便后出血、肛门水肿及切口愈合等 4个项目。结果 :针刺治疗组肛门水肿程度与空白对照组比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )

其余 3个观察项目差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)

针刺治疗组明显优于西药治疗组 (P <0 0 5

P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺对环状混合痔术后康复有明显的促进作用。
