摘要

目的 :寻找针刺耳穴贴压对胆囊收缩功能治疗效应的客观依据。方法 :对 76例胆囊炎患者采用针刺和耳穴贴压王不留行籽治疗

观察在脂餐前后胆囊大小、运动功能变化情况。结果 :治疗后较治疗前胆囊收缩明显提高

胆囊张力减低、胆囊回声减少或消失、胆囊壁厚度变薄

超声“莫菲征”转阴者占 84 2 %

经统计学处理差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺加耳穴贴压可使胆囊收缩功能增强

对胆囊炎有明显的治疗作用

有利于胆囊功能的恢复
