摘要

目的 :观察温针灸与针刺治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床疗效。方法 :将 1 1 2例患者 (1 81膝)

随机分为治疗组 60例 (98膝 )

针刺犊鼻、鹤顶、血海等穴

并同时加灸 ;对照组 52例 (83膝 )

单纯针刺治疗

穴位同治疗组。经 2个疗程(2 0次)治疗

对治疗前后膝关节功能参数进行评定。结果 :治疗组与对照组的疗效差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病具有较好的临床疗效

并且优于单纯针刺治疗。
